This year sees 60% of the fruit coming from Mount Compass and 40% from the Adelaide Hills. The grapes were macerated seperately, 10 days and 7 days respectively, then elevaged separately for 6 months on gross lees, blended prior to bottling without additions.
Australian Pinot with a European outlook. Fruit forward summer red fruits and soft herbs, crunchy acidity and wispy fine tannins. Slurpy and delicious.
