Shipping

We only ship wine to addresses in Australia. At this time we do not ship to the Northern Territory. Depending on your location, orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier, unless otherwise stated. Presently we are unable to deliver to parcel lockers or PO Boxes. We recommend shipping to a business address if your home address is unattended during the day.

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 business days. To ensure your purchase reaches you as we intend, we will not ship in extreme heat or weather conditions. Should this occur we will advise you of a delay.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Vivant Selections. All packages sent out require a signature upon delivery by a person over 18 years of age. Unless otherwise specified, your order will not be left at a premises which is unattended, nor will it be left with a person under the age of 18 years.

Our standard shipping rates are as follows (per case up to 12 x bottles of 750ml volume).

Free Shipping is offered on orders valuing $150 or more.

Returns & Exchanges

Vivant Selections is committed to customer satisfaction. We respect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, if there is any problem with your order, we want to know. Please note, should a problem with your order arise, you must contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.

If in the event your purchase is damaged, faulty, or breaches a consumer guarantee we will exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase and at least ¾ of the original faulty bottle.
