A blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris & Terret Gris in equal proportions, this youthful white wine ferments and rests in tank only. White wines from Languedoc can often be high in alcohol and heavy on the palate. But not here, Benjamin makes wines in the completely opposite manner, lower in alcohol and with layers of freshness.
Grapefruit and pears, minerality and composure, texture yet with acidity, a beautifully balanced wine. Fish and chips by the beach or roast chicken at home, a great wine to suit an array of cuisines.
