This new vintage of Waiting for Tom Rose was informed by a hot and dry vintage. A blend of 95% Zweigelt and 5% Blaufrankisch, whole bunches had a few hours skin contact before being pressed, rested in a used 3000 litre Stockinger.
A deeply fun, textural and complex rose of wild strawberries, mandarin peel and melon. It's fresh, crunchy, taught and alive!
