Tradition from Lelarge Pugeot is 50% Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay and spend 30 months aging on lees. Brut nature (no dosage) the base is 2021 vintage and it was disgorged July 2024.
Red apple, yellow plums, honeycomb. Lemon curd base with a brace of lemonade acidity. There's salinity here also with lovely complexity. Refined, it punches well above its price point.
