Tradition from Lelarge Pugeot is 50% Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay and spend 3 years aging on lees. Brut nature (no dosage) the base is 2020 vintage and it was disgorged at the end of 2023.
Red apple, yellow plums, honeycomb. Lemon curd base with a brace of lemonade acidity. There's salinity here also with lovely complexity. Refined, it punches well above its price point.
